As someone trying my best to keep up with how fast technology is progressing, but by no means a computer expert, I was relieved to find Ambivo. Ambivo has been helpful to our company since it is a CRM created with the user in mind. So often technology can feel complicated and CRM functions can seem difficult to understand but this is a straightforward CRM that anyone can learn and master very quickly. The organization and streamlined functions are designed to keep leads and clients organized and track their progress through marketing and analytics. These simple tools are helpful to keep our team organized and accountable and provide intuitive and simple lead-tracking systems during the generation and subsequent life of each lead and client. The customer life cycle is tracked from start to finish and tools are provided to easily reference the analytics over time. Using Ambivo is like having a part-time assistant for our company. It helps to keep our company organized and focused and leaves our sales team with more time to do what they love which is meeting new clients and making sales!
