Excelent purchase
As a project manager, I find the product excellent for my needs and providing the resources to collaborate. I have customized all the dashboards to the users tastes. We are bending its capability a little by using the ticketing (bug) features as a work queue. In some cases I would like to let the developers have more ability to modify fields on the tickets to more flexibly manage work flow. I would also like to see some more filter options added to the search tool. Other than that, the product fits our needs perfectly. Most incredibly, it has been running for a year without so much as the need for a reboot. The product is so reliable I never even think about it not working. I have create many custom reports. I would like to explore developing some apps in the future.

Time tracking software with prompt support
Easy to add time to project timecodes, status updates and notifications of changes (such as changes to your timecodes) are viewable, data reporting/analytics for each timecode or project, flexibility to log time and submit hours for a task individually, or submit for the whole week at once, support provided prompt responses.

It has a lot of features that can help companies manage their projects. The interface is user-friendly, so the users will not have a hard time navigating this software. It also has a lot of integrations, so all the documentations needed are readily available. It keeps everything in one place.

The thing I like most about Conversica is the 'set it, and forget it' functionality of it. Anytime a prospect responds, the email notification is simple. And if I need to respond accordingly, I can easily click the link in the email that directs me to the entire conversation. Life savor.

Powerful AI tool with great development outlook
Overall, it has been a great experience from initial setup (very intuitive) to ongoing maintenance and admin. Back to Middle Ages
I have seen the latest PMS Opera just 2 months ( December 2016) ago in a Demo with a call from their sales team. The product itself is more than oldschool and nothing has really changed to the previous Opera version just that is now has a path from 1 to 6 because their PMS is so complicated they have to make a path to find the path in oder to get our of the labyrinth. Do take you time to check for an alternative and if possible do not take their PMS as it costs a fortune and does not at all meet today's demand of a hotelier.

The new "Opera" system just sucks and negatively affects other (for instance outlook email). The other problem I have with this product is that little to none of the history of our guests stays from old Opera got lost in Internet never never land... we are currently working hard to re-build all the guest profiles.....aarghhhh

No one considered what it's like to actually work at a front desk
I have worked at several hotels and two of them have utilized the Opera PMS program system. The system is difficult to functionally (and correctly) use in the midst of actual front desk/guest service work. It does not seem like the creators of the software gave any consideration to the reality of hospitality work nor the actual experience of a front desk agent. Primarily, the software seems to require too much attention to minute details (such as requiring exact alignment when moving guest rooms on the room map) and not enough attention to other necessary details (it fails to flag incorrect credit card procedures relating to rate code). There is also an obnoxious amount of clicking required sometimes in response to the software presenting second guess like questions (such as asking if you're sure you want to check in someone even after you press the checkin button). From a Front Desk agent standpoint, the software is barely functional and its ridiculous intricacies waste time and actually detracts from quality guest service.

Opera is a well maintained and state of the art property management system, especially for hotel franchise operations seeking connectivity to their central reservation system. An intuitive design shortens training time and they also have a training system that newbies can be logged into without damaging solid data. Reporting and segmentation of the reservations allows for deep dives into the nature and location of your guests. All nd all for some franchise it is a requirement for others perhaps it should be.
