GreyTrunk Inventory Software
Very positive experience overall. The value for money for a smaller operation is fantastic. That starts going down with the more assets you have, but it is a great way to build a system from the ground up. We ended up not using the RFID function due to the amount of assets we have and the costs of each label over standard barcoodes.

Quick startup
Super happy so far. Finding we have a lot more equipment and a lot more $$ of equipment than we thought. While getting things entered in the database in we "found" a bunch of equipment that we had misplaced or forgotten about. Already paying for itself!

Wonderful product!

I was promised by a Third Party company that additional software would be loaded on my machine once DriveStrike cleaned my PC.... the Third Party company was unable to meet their commitment.... I can't stress how easy this tool is to use compared to other management products. Patronum takes the admin out of Workspace Admin
The Policies section makes it so simple to set up onboarding, offboarding and signature policies. I've used a number of Admin tools and this is the easiest and most user-friendly interface that I have found. The People section makes it very easy to manage all aspects of your users, including the files in their Drive. We have found this tool invaluable since installing it.

We've joined during beta when product was still free and we've been looking for a good tool to manage signatures. Since then we moved to paid plan we added off-boarding and automated group membership to handle SAML, target audiences and general group presence. There is a lot of features we are looking to implement when we have some time.

No Performance Losses

This program is amazing and for a great price. It is easy to use and has everything integrated. I don't have to purchase a separate package for Asset Management or Saas options. I'm able to track what contracts are up for renewal. They listen to the user base as well. If you have any idea, you have a way to submit it, and they make their best attempt to implement that idea into the program.
