There are several aspects of iServer that I find beneficial, such as the ability to include modular frameworks, the complete customization of the metamodel (including industry-specific and role-specific customization), and the warm-fuzzy feeling of knowing I have all of my documentation "squared-away" and in a central repository that others can reference. I depend on their rapid and flexible support to ensure I'm making the most of our investment in the system.

The consulting and support teams take the time to understand our challenges. I love statistic and data, and like AI, the more data we have, the better we can be to predict a problem or solve a problem in lesser time, or to be proactive - data is the fuel and thanks to vScope that make data graphical and understandable to anyone Before vScope i used powershell, exported it into excel, made tabs and moved the specific data, made my own graphs and god knows i´ve spent many many hours of doing this sisofys-work, and now i can get alla data i want within a second - it feels like i have a wand.

I contacted support and get response within half day, then they investigated our issue and started to fix this issue by a update ASAP.I get feedback when IT was ready for test again, then some more things needed to be adjusted and they did within 24 hours. super great service and support from tech personal [sensitive content hidden] and the team.

Best in Class
FSI brings a lot of best practices into your maintenance program, and that's really what we used. Their partnership with Enstoa and standardization of the CMMS helped us make sure that we were all on the same track. Before we had FSI, we were only able to account for 30 percent of work. Now, we're able to charge 80 percent to work orders, which is huge. For some of our hospital locations, FSI sent staff to perform asset collection and asset tagging. Then, Enstoa helped extract, standardize and migrate our historical CMMS data from our old systems. They also worked with our teams focusing on regulatory, change management, and work order management to identify high-level designs for each workflow.

This product allows us to sync our existing documentation day 1, so that as we moved documentation over into their recommended location, we still had access to our existing documentation in the same place (through configs). This made it extremely easy to switch over to them. Once we did switch it has becomes a staple product we use daily to document all of our customer and internal documentation.

Vanta keeps track of our device inventory and cloud resources. Integration to our systems is seamless. The software is easy to set up and has a few great dashboards for monitoring and addressing vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

Vanta's automated tests are great. Dashboard is intuitive.
Vanta's dashboard is easy to follow. Instructions for how to fix failing tests are clear. I am happy that we don't have to create these tests ourselves. And I am thankful that Vanta tells us what's important.

Vanta works well for Compliance Management
Vanta is great at providing clients with a step-by-step guide on compliance. It gives the Trust center for free, which some competitors do not. They keep updating it because they listen to their customer's needs.

Awesome tool to make your company audit ready
The automation that Vanta offers, does get you really far on your path to become a certified company. The policy builder is one of the best features of the service. There is a wide variety of different frameworks to choose from.

BUYER BEWARE
This business charged my card for a second year without permission and after being told I would not renew. They took thousands of dollars. I needed to do a chargeback after they refused to return the money even though I notified them same day they were previously told I would not renew. It turns out they have a clause in their contact that says you need to notify them 30 days in advance of renewal. Well, guess what? I did! Still, it's a stupid clause that they use, clearly, to force clients to renew who don't realize such a clause exists. Buyer beware with this shady organization. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, except maybe someone I didn't like.

Makes compliance easier
It makes what would be a really difficult and laborious task into something that is easy to manage and maintain. It also makes extending compliance to other areas really straightforward too.

Essential for Compliance
We needed to get SOC 2 audit ready and were only progressing slowly with the manual approach. As it turned out that manual preamble was useful because when we started using Vanta, we understood the terminology and understood what was wanted.
