Makes My Wireless easy
with Compass Joining HPCI it has helped to reduced our overall costs of each mobile device from the renewal to the monthly cost sharing plans. HPCI manages the replacement of devices along with adding and remove features for each users with ease.

HPCI as a company focuses strongly on customer service, and it shows. We have never been happier with a vendor or the products that they provide. That being said, when the HPCI customer portal was introduced, it added yet another layer to the prompt, effective service that this company offers. With endless uses, reports, and strategic data, we find it so easy to view where we are overspending and where we can make changes to save money -- if HPCI hasn't pointed it out already!

Great Experience with Lockpath's Keylight Tool
Keylight has been a great tool and has assisted with streamlining our third party review process. Using the tool, we are able to weight questions, calculate a score based on the vendor’s response, obtain information regarding the security scorecard rating, document a summary regarding the review, easily update questions to be completed by the third party, administer user access for the tool, and keep track of the progress of completion of the questionnaire. Also, Lockpath is quick to respond whenever I have questions regarding the tool. Additionally, I meet with a representative from Lockpath on a regular basis to touch base and discuss any issues, questions, or provide feedback. I’ve had an excellent experience with Lockpath’s Keylight tool and highly recommend it.

Keylight is completely configurable and extremely adaptable. It has powerful yet simple-to-produce reporting capabilities that enable metrics and provide transparency with ease. I can't stress enough how easy the configuration (Admin) capabilities are to learn and to use. And for those times where help is needed, the Lockpath Support and Professional Services teams are first class. Always eager to help and it is evident that customer service is a high priority for the company. Workflows and notifications can be easily built which can provide a centralized location for many use cases, including: Identifying and monitoring risks; Recording regulatory and other requirements, controls associated with those requirements, including assigning ownership and review of those controls, and Audit projects which are tied directly to the controls; Vendor Management, including monitoring compliance and tying to any applicable risks. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the Keylight GRC platform helps take some of the complexity out of GRC. The above are just a few of the many possibilities. Because the tool is so easy to configure, I tell my colleagues to "tell me your dream"-- I'm usually able to get pretty close.

We had both Android and iOS devices in our company and we needed a decent software that could manage both easily. Hexnode MDM turned out to be an excellent choice. We opted for the on premise edition. It was very easy to set up and their support team was always there for us.

We've used NHD for a number of years now and they continually evolve and add features to this great tool, support is great, friendly and very helpful. You can ask for features to be added and they'll do their best to incorporate them into the product as soon as possible to make it as easy for you to use and to fill any requirement you have. It's so customizable it's unreal, with options for just about everything you can think of. Ticket management is so easy, as are the web interface for end users, and mobile interface for technicians.

really good, made things so much easier
Been using NetHelpDesk for a while now and it is amazing. we use it across all our departments so its easy to communicate between departments rather than using different systems and not being able to cross over. The integration with Microsoft SCCM was another one of the main reasons we chose NetHelpDesk and it seamlessly fits together. The after sales support is fantastic, any time we have got in contact there has been a resolution over the phone then and there or pretty soon after if it needs to be worked on by developers. Would highly recommend the software to anyone, with so many features it could work in any type of business regardless of size and industry.

What I think of Net Helpdesk
We moved away from another ticket management system which had too many features for our needs, and was more designed for CRM. For the cost we find NHD to be very productive for our business. The best thing is the ease of reporting, getting the data back out in easy to read formats. The previous system we using for this was extremely complex. Their support engineers are extremely efficient and professional, nothing is ever too much hassle.

We were unfortunate in that Halo was experiencing growing pains when we started. We have been waiting 6-8 weeks on Halo to provide us with enough help to go live with it. The UK support team is great if you call in but if you submit a ticket to them either email or portal you will probably wait for days to get a response.

Good platform to manage processes
We manage payroll and leave on our portal. Wanted software to manage other HR processes and 'kriya' fits the bill perfectly. We have configured at least 12-15 HR process like on-boarding, probation evaluation, de-boarding, training requests, HR tickets, Grievances on kriya. I love the fact that it does not limit the number of processes I can create. Availability of a mobile aap is a big big + for me.

As an employee, I have found Rippling very helpful to be able to request and track my time off, to view paystubs both current and historical, have easy access to all tax/employee documents, and to be able to easily find what is needed all in one place. The problem this has solved is not having to complete multiple steps through multiple platforms and simplifying HR related processes.

The Best Payroll Platform ever!!!
My overall experience with Rippling is simply smooth! I appreciate that when it comes to Payroll, I can easily track my pay. It arrives on time without issues! The features are laid back and can be navigated smoothly!

A decent alternative to ADP
Rippling is a decent alternative to behemoths like ADP. The customer service is responsive. But Rippling is probably best for companies on the smaller side.

Great for remote companies, easy to use
My company switched to Rippling earlier this year and the transition from our old HR software felt seamless. It is incredibly easy to use to view your pay, select your benefits, and just overall do anything related to HR as a remote worker.

What I love most about Rippling is how incredibly transparent it is when it comes to understanding your paycheck. Every detail is laid out clearly, from where your earnings come from—like overtime and reimbursements—to exactly where deductions like taxes are going. Asset Panda at ZirMed
The sales and support staff at Asset Panda have been very responsive and extremely helpful. It was great working with customer support representative to get the product demonstrated and purchased and did an outstanding job helping us develop our platform and stand up the product. One of the customer support representatives was also a tremendous asset when it came to troubleshooting our issues. We have now been using Asset Panda operationally for a few days and the internal teams are enjoying the product and are excited about the potential it has to improve our property accountability and work-flows. We enjoy the customization capabilities, ease of use, and the clean, simple design and layout. I believe it will accomplish largely what we were looking for in asset management and tracking system at an extremely competitive price. We also think the mobile app is a nice and convenient addition to the platform. I did, however, give the Features & Functionality a lower score (which also dropped Overall Quality and Customer Support slightly) as it took us nearly 40 additional days to become operational due to issues with the Active Directory integration. I believe our current solution will work but I am not sure is the ideal implementation of the Active Directory integration. The issues we encountered were no fault of anyone but as common as Active Directory and Active Directory integrations with cloud-based platforms are, we expected the process to be much easier and more seamless than it was. We had an internal go-live date of January 3rd, as our fiscal year is the calendar year, and this was pushed back to January 20th because of the Active Directory integration issues and we were only able to become operational at that time based on somewhat of a stop-gap fix that we came up with internally. Now that our Employees and Users are integrated with Asset Panda and those issues seem to be behind us, our experience is by no means a deal-breaker. We just hope that future integrations are a bit easier to use. Otherwise, we are definitely happy with the product thus far and are excited to be using it!

We're happy with the software so far!
The product has a terrific amount of customization (for asset fields, etc., as well as users). The automated reports are great. Being cloud-based is excellent, so we can have multiple users on different devices in our warehouse. The barcode scanning and generating is also essential for what we do. It basically fulfills all our needs, and transitions off of paper records.

i think asset panda has helped the company out a lot with tracking equipment and vehicles plus maintenance on everything and being able to log it in the system the improvements made since we started using asset panda have helped us out really well and we look forward to continue service with them.
