Creé la cuenta en pocos pasos usando el login con cuenta de google, cargué un documento en PDF en la carpeta que ya había creado antes. Ingresé correo y nombre de los firmantes y lo envié. Recommend ContractSafe

I highly recommend ContractSafe for anyone looking for a straightforward, easy to use contract management system. The most important item for me is the calendaring function/email reminders. No more negative option contracts rolling over because someone forgot to calendar a date. Not with ContractSafe. I like the feature in the reminder section that allows the user to click on a menu of what happens upon expiration (renewal vs. termination). If you are looking for a great way to keep your contracts organized and to receive reminders of key dates, this is a must have product.

'Feature blocks' help liven up proposals through colored blocks with text, neatly breaking up the page. Users can also enter their products and pricing within simple pricing tables, which provide users with automated calculations. Instant notifications and analytics inform users of when their proposal has been opened, as well as exactly how much time was spent per page on reading, and in what order. Users will also know which pages were printed, and each time a proposal was forwarded to a colleague. Additional functionality includes an HTML code editor for further proposal customization, auto-save, a content library, and a 'merge tags' feature in order to pull in client specific information, such as the company name, in order to reduce the chance of mistakes.

I love this product!!

Better proposals is so easy to implement. They give you very clear instructions every step of the way and make it actually fun to create proposals. I have gotten great feedback from my clients. They have no trouble agreeing to the proposal and it integrates with my payment service (stripe) so it's fast and easy for them and myself. I feel so much more professional using this visual proposal format. Love it!!
