Trackado is a cloud-based contract management solution which enables users to manage the full contract lifecycle, with milestone tracking, automated deadline & task reminders, contact and business partner records, payment obligation management, revenue insights, and more. Trackado includes a centralized document repository which gives users a complete overview of their organization’s contract portfolio. Contract files can be uploaded directly into the system, or users can link to files elsewhere in their own network or a cloud storage system. Contracts can be registered and searched by business partner, category, department, and more. Users can view all of their payment obligations, and the potential revenue for each contract, and the full contract lifecycle can be managed, including any changes or amendments. Built-in dashboards also give users insights into upcoming activities, costs, and revenues, notifications, and recent contract additions. Users can register contract milestones and events in Trackado, such as reviews or cancellations, and assign these to specific users to generate automated reminders for deadlines, tasks, and activities. Trackado also includes a business partners module which enables users to store information and contact details for all external and internal contract parties in a single location. Users can also view the activities and contracted related to each partner. A range of reports, charts, and widgets are built into the system, and users can also download data to work on in Excel.

Finally, we have proper system support for contract filing, milestone monitoring and financial reporting. I really recommend the tool and the team to any company wanting to get their contracts under control.

We use Trackado to store our company's contracts and to keep track of the related milestones. The app allows us to have everything in one place and to be able to access the contract information including the original documents from anywhere, which is great. The built-in calendar gives us an overview of all our action points and we are automatically reminded of important deadlines by email. Furthermore, if you invest some time to properly specify the costs/revenues of your contracts you will get great insights in your contract spend and revenue since Trackado offers good reporting capabilities. The app is user-friendly and nicely designed and it was easy for us to get started on our own. However, we still needed to address some specific questions to their team. They responded quickly and helped us to get the most out of the application. The application fulfills our specific requirements already at this point of time but from our contact with their team we know that they are working on implementing even more functionality, which will make a very good product even better.

A very powerful tool for handling our contracts
The biggest benefit of this software is control. We can feel much more relaxed since the software gives us all info we need, at the times we need it.

Excellent Product
Trackado allows me to monitor contracts, to never let any expire and helps with budgeting because we are able to see the cost involved with each contract. You can assign a responsible person and that person is notified before the contract is due to end/expire.

We feel very comfortable with Odoo but we believe that the implementation, for new projects, is complex. In our case, we paid for a pack of hours but they only explained Odoo to us, they did not help us apply it to our business case.

Buyer BEWARE! Poor Customer Service/Racial Inequality
Very insulting. I invested a lot of my time and energy into researching this software and felt it met the need I was trying to address for an additional division we are establishing with my company. An unsolicited internal situation occurred in which the staff at Honeybook was clearly at fault. As opposed to utilizing the philosophy of 'the customer is always right or even considering my point of view, they immediately justified the racist actions of their staff, confirmed she was following protocol, and terminated our relationship. I respect their right to do so, but I was completely blind-sided as EVERYTHING offensive was done TO ME by their internal staff. Also, the harsh, dismissive, condescending mannerism used towards me was so offensive it disrupted the rest of my day.
