I've tried every proposal software on the market and Proposify is by far the best! At the end of the day all I can say is this - never before has sending proposals to my client's been easier, from start to finish I now send customized proposal in less then 15 minutes. Simple and streamlined
I am a fairly new user to Proposify and although I have yet to use Customer Support (hence the fence sitter rating for this area) I love this program. I spend so much time creating proposals that look professional and ensuring that each one contains the required information. Proposify simplifies and streamlines this for me. Love it.

Problematic autosave/undo
Essentially great product and good support. Unfortunately buggy caching in combination with outosave and undo that makes editing a hassel and very easy to lose hours of work, especially problems at page breaks and with page merging. This is really spoiling the fun and contradicts the time saving argument. I've pointed out this problem for month now, no noticable improvement to that critical deficite. Given the price tag I expect this to be robust and just work.

User-friendly and great customer support
Gatekeeper has a clean user interface, it's easy to use, and the customer support has been excellent. It takes a bit of time to learn how to configure the workflows, but the kanban layout makes it easy to keep an eye on each contract as it moves through the review and negotiation processes. We like the ability to do a lot of the customization ourselves. We've had top-notch account management and implementation support.

I love this software. I am a Transaction Coordinator for a high volume real estate broker. Crowd payments around the globe
We have been using Tipalti for a number of years. We currently pay a large crowd of people in over a dozen countries. The system has allowed us to enter new countries with zero ramp time for payments. We are able to manage the entire payment system with a fraction of one FTE. We tried Paypal and looked at a few other systems but nothing offered the capabilities for the price.

PDFelement is so buggy on a Mac it is unusable.
Printing front and back on a duplex printer worked but because it no longer runs, I cannot use this improvement over Acrobat.

Great platform to automate our quoting process!!
