Great, simple RMM for small shops

I started using Nina RMM about 4 months ago. It's been a good process getting set up on it. While there are a few things missing from the platform (third party patching, decent Mac agent, Mac TeamViewer integration), by and large the software has performed quite well for a monitoring and scripting platform. I am excited to see future releases and what features are added next.

Great QuickBook compatible software and really good customer service

We kept track of open work orders and routes using a large erasable white board just outside my office as well as spreadsheets for our weekly reoccurring routes. Every time we added or deleted a customer I cringed thinking about having to adjust the board or reprint and distribute new spreadsheets. Now with The Service Program it is simple. Whenever I add a new stop or work order it immediately updates the mobile devices and it can be optimized by recommending the day and route to put it on based on location. When a new work order is created I can give it to the person closest to that area instead of having guys criss-cross each other every day!

Can't get a demo to purchase product

Not sure what is going on with this company, but after my initial contact with Gregg and a poor on line demo, ( I asked a couple of questions regarding cc processing which he couldn't answer and he suggested we reschedule the demo-which is fine) they have gone dark. . I even went on the their website to request information last week and nothing.

Everything we expected it to be and more

We are a company in the pool service industry. Gregg and the team at Westrom made the process of getting the service program up and running on our desktop, mobile devices, and customer portal as easy as possible. The customer support has two times a day that you can go and ask questions if you need to and will even send you screen shot emails to help walk you through the process. You need to be a little tech savvy to get to know it at first, but once you get the hang of it makes life a lot easier. We were excited about the fact that our customers can easily manage everything right from their fingertips and is branded with our logo. That saved us Thousands of dollars in development costs and our customers love it. I would highly recommend that anyone take a look at Westrom Software for their solution.

Highly recommendable

When at first we came into contact with Hornbill we were were intrigued by their 30-day Switch-On trial where they set up your system, train you, and if you are not content you can walk out, free of charge after the 30 day trial period is over. But they really put their money where their mouth is and deliver an easily administered and stable product. Hornbill Service Manager is frequently updated and Hornbill themselves are very responsive to customer input. All in all I can highly recommend this product.

Very Powerful and Useful Application

I have been using Pulseway for a little over a year to monitor over 160 systems spread over two locations. Pulseway keeps me informed in real time as to what is happening with all my systems and alerts me of problems before the user can even call! This has become an invaluable tool for managing multiple systems with multiple users in multiple locations. Pulseway simplifies my responsibilities and gives me the power to do more remotely and more conveniently than any other application I can find. Pulseway is a great IT tool

Pulseway lets me see when computers and devices are connected to the internet and when they are not. I can see who logs on right away to make sure it is a legitimate user, the time they logged in and when they logged out. This has helped me to identify viruses and unauthorized activity. It gives even the ip address of who is accessing if it is a remote connection, which triggers an alert. All of the people at Pulseway I have dealt with are always friendly and eager to help.

Easy to set up and get going

Being fairly technical but with no IT background, there are a lot of resources provided for learning the necessary steps and getting them working. A rep from the company also checks in about your use of the software. I just used it to back up a small NAS my family uses (photos, dissertation media, important documents, etc.) and it was painless and robust. We lost power multiple times but the software picked up where it left off and completed before I had to leave on vacation.

Great solution for backing up to the cloud

I've been looking for a solution on backing up my photo/video archive to a long-term cloud storage option (e.g. AWS Deep Glacier) and after trying out multiple vendors, MSP360 seems to be the easiest to setup. I was able to get things setup and started the backup in less than 30 minutes.

I am on the customer side of the CPM system. It works great for us. Little time involved to submit invoices. All electronic and overall the invoices are paid pretty quickly. The payments are via ACH deposit and we always receive notices from Textura a day in advance to let us know to expect payment
