Undoubtably one of the easiest Cloud Based MSP solutions on the market.

We've swapped from SolarWinds N-Able and haven't looked back. There are some more advanced management features missing that some of other providers offer however in reality we rarely used them and when we did they were exceptionally complicated and usually it was just easier to remote into the machine and fix manually. Support from the Atera team has been great and there's been several updates to the system adding new features in three months we've been using it (specifically focusing on requests from the end users).

I often use the ability to remotely execute commands and programs. Being able to login large numbers of computers as administrator (or any user) all at once is a huge time and wrist saver. File distribution is also helpful if you need to push files to many machines.

We use this to connect to a fleet of kiosks to remote manage them.

Works well to be able to lock the remote desktop keyboard/mouse and do your work without interference from people walking by the kiosk. It has saved us money to remotely fix some problems without needing to dispatch a tech person. Like being able to download a file to a group of kiosks opposed to connecting to each one individually.

Action1 - the best low-cost RMM I've worked with

Action1 has been extremely useful for getting our endpoints updated, both regarding Windows patching, and upgrading components for our CRM software suite, which went through a recent version upgrade. I was able to get workstations upgraded quickly and remotely whereas in the past, I would have had to sign into individual workstations to perform the upgrades.

Great product - covers exactly what we need

We have a number of geographically dispersed sites with endpoints that are rarely seen in person by IT, so Action1 allows us to maintain, patch, manage and secure them remotely. We had no previous option for doing this so were very glad to find Action1. It's also been very good value in terms of allowing us to put up to 100 devices on the system for free - ideal for getting started!

Great software to cut down work time

XEOX offers a great overview of all devices used in our company. Critical error or missing updates are displayed on the dashboard which makes keeping everything up to date really easy. Since we use XEOX adding a new device to our network takes minimal time. Once the agent is installed the device is added in the CMDB. With the option to distribute software within defined groups or on certain devices work time can be cut in half.

With XEOX's port-based NAC we don't have to worry about external people gaining access to our internal network resources. Once unknown devices are connected to our internet they immediately get assigned to the guest lan. This is perfect as we have customers using our internet all the time. Whenever we experience problems the customer support immediately finds a solution.
