It has been great with helpful customer support. They even mailed me a hard drive for a faster backup and restore option. No reason to worry about losing files anymore.

The product was really easy to set up and configure. I have a couple of machines that are being backed up. One of these is a linux box, and for some reason you have to go via the idrive support team in order to get the software and instructions for running on linux. I'm being selective about the data that's backed up, so I'm not using lots of storage, but I have plenty of headroom in the plan if required. Overall, a great service that would be perfect with a few minor tweaks and polish.

Very good. I have had no problems running it on Windows 7 64bit, setup quick and simple, off we go ! Whereas Dropbox and OneDrive are a huge pain getting them to function on older 64bit windows.
