Great Product If You Know What You're Doing

As a consultant, I use Workato both in my own business and in multiple clients' accounts. I began using Workato because QuickBase promoted them as the preferred integrator when Intuit announced the sale of QuickBase. While they have a large number of pre-built connectors as well as the ability to setup HTTP calls, the process of building Recipes has an extreme learning curve, especially coming from a service like ItDuzzit. Additionally, the team often releases new or beta connectors without first having any supporting documentation, other than the connector's marketing page. Overall, they have a good product, but they seriously need to review their release process and the setup of their support portal.

Finally I'm able to get a holistic view on the performance on all of my online marketing activities, making it possible for me to evaluate my marketing activities' performance on common metrics. The holistic view enables me to work more efficiently, not wasting any time on logging in to separate marketing channels' interfaces and reporting through excel. The best of it all, there's no need for importing cost data into Google Analytics anymore. Pros: 1. Quick overview of overall & channel specific performance through dashboards 2. Evaluate my performance based on common data throughout all my online marketing channels - Cost per order - Conversion rate - Transaction order value 3. Automatic import of cost data for additional channels outside of Google Adwords Cons: Cost data from all online marketing channels are not available yet. However, talking to customer service at Funnel; new online marketing channels are being released consistently

Overall, I have had a very positive experience working with Funnel.

The software is very easy to use, and it enables us to quickly and easily create reports that help our account team provide strategic recommendations to clients on how to best optimize their digital marketing spend. The widgets have a ton of flexibility, and I've been impressed with how many options we have for charts and graphs. Additionally, I wanted to note how great the Customer Support team has been in helping us add new platforms, set up various reports, provide recommendations based on what we're trying to do, troubleshoot issues, etc. They're incredibly responsive, and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone (across all teams) that I've worked with at Funnel. I would definitely recommend this software to others.

By far the BEST AUTOMATION SOFTWARE!!!

At first (we're talking months) I didn't get how it works. It was very difficult for me to follow and understand and unfortunately the documentation is so poor that it's almost non existent. Which probably causes the customer service to be inundated with customer questions. Therefore, the response you get from customer service is slow, and when you get it, it doesn't answer your question/issue. Since the customer service is out in in Prague, Czech Republic, their CS agents are not very good with english and it often reflects in the unclear responses you get.

I have used Maestro since May of 2012....primary usage is the Sales & Catering module. Love it!

I find Maestro to be very intuitive when learning the system...great ease of use. The interfaces have greatly simplified and enhanced our ability to communicate within the property management system. Most importantly, the customer service is beyond 5 star! Quick response from caring and concerned partners. I highly recommend Maestro!

The functionality of the software accomplishes what we intended to do. We use Tyk as an API between our mobile application and our content management solution. The Tyk application ran seamless for years and the only time we needed to worry about it was when our license expired. Customer support did a great job of helping us out when we needed them.

Light Weight and Powerful API Management with Tremendous Support

Have been used Tyk for about 1.5 years, i've blown away with the product architecture where Tyk consist with multiple light weight component. Tyk gateway and redis is the key component for the good performance. I have many experienced with API management product, by far this is the best in term of flexibility, easier to setup, stability. Setup tyk with container is very easy and can done in minutes. I hope they can make more feature and integration to make the product better compare with existing in the market.

Overall, our experience with Document360 has been very satisfying. All of our must-haves, such as mixed user access to certain articles, SSO login, customizability for our information architecture, and integration with our company's existing tools make Document360 integral to our business' knowledge management. While there have been some drawbacks, Document360's customer service team has been responsive to feedback and typically stays in communication with us to give us updates. In summary, our experience has been positive, and we will continue to leverage Document360 for our documentation needs in the future.
