Dovetail is a no-code and low-code iPaaS integration solution that helps businesses connect internal and external applications to transfer and transform data from one or more endpoints to one or more other applications' endpoints. Dovetail can also be used to integrate with legacy software. Dovetail is added as a layer to convert the data from the legacy software to usable format towards the application where the data is supposed to be used. Dovetail is a data flow application. With the Flow designer you easily configure how the data should flow. Over 200 opinionated components can be dragged & dropped and configured in the Flow Designer. This graphic interface allows for describing what each component does, enable you to write the documentation of what you have built, as you go. This ensures the maintenance and sustainability of your flows. Thanks to this drag & drop interface you can already configure flows with just knowledge of the business processes. No coding required. How does Dovetail work? With every integration we go through to following phases: Connect, Translate, Map, Optimise. First you investigate how to set up the connection. You look into the API and its documentation. If there is no API available? Look into what the possibilities are to connect. The next phase is Translate. Look into what translations the data needs to be able to travel onwards. Not every endpoint speaks the same language, for example, one uses JSON while the other endpoint uses XML. In this step, the dataset is converted into what the receiving endpoint can process. In the third step, the content of the sender's message must be mapped to what the recipient can process. Imagine having to process product data from your ERP to a web shop. Chances are that the field containing your unique item code will have a completely different field name on the receiving end. During mapping, you ensure that your data is processed in the right place. The definition of mapping the data between the supplied data and the data to be processed is described in an XSLT. In our application the Dovetail XSLT component takes care of this and ensures the correct processing. Building an integration flow is done with the information available at that moment. The better the preparation, the greater the chance of getting the right result. This result we call the "happy flow," you take into account everything you know. Our experience however, is that you don't know, what you don't know. On many occasions we see that the behaviour of endpoints is creating unexpected outcomes. For example; the feedback you receive was not documented and could therefore not be taken into account. Or the supplier of the endpoint imposed limits on the number of messages of the endpoint but they were not documented or not documented well enough. All these kinds of circumstances require the "happy flow" to be optimised. For each flow, you can create an error route in Dovetail that is kicked off once an error occurs. That error route is again a flow that you can configure yourself. For example, a log to Slack or a post on a monitoring system. By following these steps in building integrations, you are not only building your integration flow, but you are also ensuring it will continue to work, because you have insight into all deviations.

Helpful tool to analyse the campaign and bring together all the data

We are using Jitterbit in a plethora of ways... To sync and move data between Oracle and Salesforce (both ways), to connect to another systems API interface and pull data into our data lake, to pickup files dropped off from various vendors for us to ingest, and to stock our Data Lake with data from various places. The most important feature that got me interested in Jitterbit was the ability to communicate between multiple endpoints. It provided a means to provide an automated solution for a process that was manually done previously on a daily base. I did not find the tool difficult to learn. It provide a means to address our integration issues between standalone systems.

Healthie has been extremely easy to use, is visually appealing, and has every feature I need.
Complete safe support of my client needs. Safe repository for client information and records. No worries about HIPAA compliance. Performance was quick and reliable. There was an upgrade in features, which made the calendar different to use from before, but one question to tech support solved that issue quickly.

A great team and an invaluable service
We love that Nexla makes it really easy and fast to set up new pipelines for our partners and our data sources. We are able to move quickly without having to use our internal teams to set up complicated processes-- processes that used to take us months and are difficult to get prioritized. Nexla also supports so many sources and formats; so the possibilities of how we are utilizing Nexla are endless. Also, the team is fantasitc to work with. ETL, Automation, and technical support for a Short Rail Company
I was very hesitant to work with a brand new ETL tool because we have existing relationships with other ETL tools but Nexla fits very unique use cases where more than a simple extract and load process is required. It was very useful to get lightly transformed data in our destination with no risk of pipeline breakage. Being able to write back to NetSuite really differentiated the product and was a key component for an invoice automation process that led to significant price savings on tool discontinuation.

Best for security analysis
With this software our organization is able to track history of changes that occurred in the AWS account and caused operational problem. It was easy to integrate. But for someone new in cloud services it will take sometime to figure out how things work. It made easy troubleshooting issues. Earlier it would take hours and then also we were not confident that this change caused error. We are happy using this services.

In particular, the amount of elements and in depth documentation that is available. The customer service is also phenomenal - a colleague and I traveled to the CE HQ a few months back and were given an enormous amount of attention and assistance from the staff.

Great Product If You Know What You're Doing
As a consultant, I use Workato both in my own business and in multiple clients' accounts. I began using Workato because QuickBase promoted them as the preferred integrator when Intuit announced the sale of QuickBase. While they have a large number of pre-built connectors as well as the ability to setup HTTP calls, the process of building Recipes has an extreme learning curve, especially coming from a service like ItDuzzit. Additionally, the team often releases new or beta connectors without first having any supporting documentation, other than the connector's marketing page. Overall, they have a good product, but they seriously need to review their release process and the setup of their support portal.

There are three types of connectors such as Http connectors, Community connectors, and Connectors SDK which help in creating custom connectors with low code in the recipe. Training materials and documentation are easily available which helps new learners to grasp the tool knowledge quickly.
