We originally started with other CSR, which was good, but another CSR has taken over and has done an outstanding job, considering this is my 1st EDI experience, my knowledge was lacking, but this CSR has helped tremendously thoroughly explaining and assisting when needed. I could not be happier with CSR's performance.

Mixed reviews - great if you don't require a lot of changes
My company uses both SPS and B2Bgateway simultaneously. The pricing is definitely a big sell and once things are implemented I have very little issues. I love the ability to update and manage my own cross reference tables. What really prevents me from giving this a top notch review is two things. One - you can't pull PO files, only the EDI data for the POs. We have to supply PO copies to our auditors and they really don't like the EDI file. My second concern is support. With SPS I get a dedicated team who manages my updates, my integrations and will direct me to the right person if they can't take care of my problem. I essentially have a project manager. With B2B I have to email a support ticketing system for anything! There is no contact you can go to which is a problem for some of our trading partners who want a technical EDI person to talk to. My customer is in Asia, I am on the west coast and B2B support seems to be on the east coast. I send a ticket and it takes at least 24- 48 hours. If you manage to get the same person managing your ticket you might be okay but it seems to be the luck of the draw. If you prefer to have someone walking you through stuff like adding new integrations and updating/testing existing ones, B2B is not for you.

The onboarding process was simple. Their ConnectPointz platform included an ecosystem of already configured systems and applications. Konnectz IT is a simple tool that allows you to connect any two apps together and automate your workflow. You can do this all within minutes using the visual builder. The best thing is that it doesn't require any coding skills. With the help of Konnectzit, you can save a lot of time and effort. The only thing that bothers me is that it's still too new to compare with other automation tools out there.

Choosing InFocus is one of the best decision we've made. Training can be a challenge when adopting any new system. Clearview offers extensive training videos, consultations, and webinars. Considering most software products continue to improve and implement client-suggested upgrades, I appreciate Clearview's workshops, where users can continue their InFocus education on advanced levels. Having the opportunity to attend has helped me to really hone in on configuring our InFocus database in ways that are compatible with my company's workflow. I also picked up tips and tricks other users developed for their needs. Customer service is also very important to me. I appreciate responsive, knowledgeable technicians and staff members who listen. They do not over promise, over-sell, or mislead when discussing requests, issues or customization. They believe in empowering their users. I LOVE THIS!! They offer a workshop for those wanting to learn advanced report writing. Support staff will work through any issue or request until it has been satisfied. InFocus demonstrates its value. Invoicing is fast. Communicating project details flow more smoothly. Preparing invoices in various formats are easier. All this and more are offered for a low monthly cost per user. They even offer a training version of our data for a very low monthly fee, and any user can access it. This has been crucial when I'm working through project setup options and need to test my ideas. Overall, I love it.

InFocus is indispensable for personnel management and project performance. Plus it provides financial statement and accounting data that is crucial for senior management and independent accountants. The data available and the variety of the reports are limitless. Also, our clients want their invoices and reports in a wide variety of styles. The open structure and adaptability of the InFocus system is a constant marvel at design and intuition.

Even though, Stillwater Energy is a small company, we are an energy consulting firm, InFocus provides us a very good tool to keep track timesheet by projects, for managers to do project planning. Even better is whenever encounter a problem using the program, either get on the Help Center to browse articles or videos or open a ticket , we can always get our problems resolved almost instantly.

We get the support we need and are able to control a lot of the features on our own. This is very helpful as a lot of changes need to be done as soon as possible.

I love that the quality of the product has cut down significantly on call issues reported to us by our customers. When issues arise their support team and customer success advocates are quick to help and solution for the issue.

Easy to use, easy to navigate & reliable
It is very simple to navigate through the portal. The site is always up and reliable. It allows the user to have control over the requests. Customer Service team is awesome to work with and knowledgeable. I can get new numbers in an instance.

Bandwidth.com has excellent service. We have never had an outage with them in over two years. It is very rare for a company not to have outages.

Great product with helpful people behind it
Bandwidth's system is simple to use and order numbers from. Their support team is exceptional and very quick to reply with personalize answers that resolve our questions and issues. They do a solid job notifying us of changes, even if they're changes being made by others such as phone carriers.
