So far I like it more than alternatives. I hated that Backblaze would say I’m backed up and then it would take a long time to see it online and some files were missing. So this option is much better. I can see the files immediately when they upload. There are more controls on uploading schedules. Overall, I’m pleased so far.

Customer service is really great and responsive 5TB of backup space is a great deal for the price I would love to see their main website info pages pared down and clarified - I had a heck of a time figuring out what exactly they offered and how it worked. With so many cloud services offering slightly different things and using the same terms ("Backup" "cloud storage" "collaboration," etc.) I found it difficult to compare apples to apples or even to determine whether what was on offer was actually apples in the first place. So to speak.

Best bang for the buck and user friendly interface!

I use on smartphone, tablet and laptop but all work very nice. It's easy to upload and restore. I like it a lot

I'm a digital artist and it's essential that I use an online backup for my work, as I'd lose everything if my backup failed, was somehow destroyed, etc. I had been paying $30 a month to backup two computers for years when I discovered iDrive! My other service had constant inexplicable failures and I was always troubleshooting issues. iDrive is MUCH cheaper, more efficient, you can backup unlimited computers, and all I did was select what drives on my computers I needed to backup and it was all completed and updated without issue. I wish I had this years ago! I highly recommend it for anyone that needs to ensure safe backups and doesn't want to waste time problem solving or waste money.
