Veeam is an excellent product for managing backups. It's easy to use with a robust feature set. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you master it, it's critical for supporting your business. Every customer service interaction I have had with them has been professional and productive. We backup thousands of vms daily and have only ever had a handful of issues.

Having used several products in the past (NTBackup, Windows Backup, Backup Exec, Acronis, vRanger, Networker) I never really had the feeling that one of these products really is there for me when things get really worse.
