We love utilizing and customizing the program to users, buckets of group targets, etc.

Rave is easy to use to email and/or text all employees, whether it's a business critical announcement like closing early for weather or a holiday video from the company leadership. It is easy to customize templates for regular use and create messages. We especially like that we can set the language in the database to communicate to employees in the language of their choosing.

I would say that the overall the quality of customer service that Rave has supplied is above and beyond that of competitors that we have used in the past. They have a quick response time and seem to even work to accommodate to our request for improvements system wide.

Excellent product. Highly recommend to other colleagues in higher education.
