The product was very easy to install and setup. It is good that they have so many options for storage and install operating systems. You can even deploy on some NAS systems.

The ease of using it and reliability.

Overall it's been great. I set everythign up becuase I needed to get backups going. My account manager set up a meeting with an engineer and we went over what I did. He had a couple of helpful suggestions.
