I found this really easy to install and although it took a long time to upload all my files initially, the ongoing backups happen overnight

After the failure of my previous backup software, I switched to iDrive. After reading several reviews I picked iDrive. After high marks in those reviews, I picked iDrive. I received the introductory price with the download. So far so good. Ease of use is outstanding, running backup is easy.

After using two other platforms over the course of a year-and-a-half, I found iDrive. Hoping to find one that was relatively inexpensive and most importantly, able to back up external drives, iDrive fit the bill. After a bit of confusion with installation on my end, Support straightened me out and I couldn't be happier. So far, iDrive has met my expectations. I hope not to rely on its ability to restore a back up, but I'm confident if I need to, it will be taken care of.

Perfect so far. It runs in the background totally transparently with no interruptions with other processes. We can leave the status screen up all the time to constantly monitor the state of backups and see if there have been any issues.
