Use of iDrive
It works great, except that in my case, my network upload speed is slow so the backup would take a long time. If you have a fast network, you will be fine.

IDrive made it easy
Once setup was complete (which was both easy and straightforward), IDrive does the rest. I don't have to worry about backing up to an external drive.

Awful for cloud storage for teams
A nightmare. We are trying to cancel now and I will literally have to download each of hundreds of files individually to get them off the cloud. Their tech support was clear that you cant download folders unless you install the app and sync your computer. Cloud storage should be available in the cloud, not require an app on a specific device and a sync to a device. Other issues too, but these were the major ones.
