Incredible automation cabability and easy UI allow any admin to improve his efficacy in managing the user support drammatically. I tried a lot of other ticketing system, but the easy of use of Freshservice while keeping a vast array of integrations and automatization is unbeatble. Another note of merit is the support, with the subscription come a consultant to help you integrate the system with your organization

Love using Freshservice!

I love how easy it was to get started and a year later we are continuously customizing the HelpDesk to our needs. The Automators and options are very intuitive and I would recommend to anyone.
