Incompetent software. Disastrous support.
The software failed to retrieve any of my lost files even it was one of the easiest scenario (recovery right after deletion without new write-in). Although I applied for support or refund right after the purchase, the supporting member did not help and refused my application. The refund policy on the homepage is a blatant lie.

Retrieved Filed from Trashed MicroSD Card
256GB MicroSD card failed in a mobile phone. Downloaded EaseUS, fired it up and it's scan process ran through the contents in about 4 hours. Scan results revealed that some files were trashed, but it did a great job of getting back stuff that i'd thought i'd lost
