CrashPlan has helped D+H provide a great solution for backing up their executive systems. If a system is ever lost or infected with malware I always know their data is safe. I can restore data at any time and I have no worries for the executives that their files are safe!

For the time I had an account I never used it because it was frustrating and difficult to figure out HOW to... after I quit, the customer support was good at reaching out to me to ask why.

So many things I want to like but it isn’t done well.
