Users can manage their data backup preferences, with control over the frequency and time of backups. Users can also opt in to receiving daily emails summarizing backup activity, containing both an overview and a more detailed report. Users can search for individual items to restore, or carry out a full point-in-time recovery of entire calendars or mailboxes.
