Keeping files in the cloud for recovery in a way that is reliable, easy to setup is what makes Carbonite a good choice.

Very easy to use. We first started using Carbonite about 7 years ago when we lost our entire hard drive to a virus. Unfortunately, we hadn't signed up for the service prior but we quickly learned our lesson and have used since.

Not happy with it. It did not work well for us to be able to access files when needed. Primary purpose was back up and thats it.

I like the easy access to backed up files. I have had to use our backup multiple times, and the files were restored quickly.

This software is wonderful when you need it. Losing files and documents is very scary. Carbonite backs up automatically and provides great peace of mind.
