Generally positive, the value proposition for our specific use case is unbeatable on the market.

It has truly been an excellent experience. The platform makes tracking user training, policies, data inventory, and more incredibly easy. On the rare occasions we encounter an issue, the support team is quick to understand our needs and collaborates effectively to resolve it.

Easy to set up and use, easy to monitor team engagement and compliance, a total resource for small firms like ours to know what to do.

The improvements so far have been excellent. It’s now much easier to add multiple employees to the system in bulk, eliminating the need to manually add them one at a time.

The value proposition does not justify the high price for the platform. We have been trying to reach customer service for over. a month, through phone calls and emails with NO response. We are attempting to address the Charges we are incurring for the platform which have been charged with out our consent nor agreement.
