Ease of use and ease of implementation, because when first time using ZINFI platform I can use it straight away without needing more in-depth knowledge

The interface is so easy to understand and it is also easy to implement to our team and integrate with the apps we are currently using. ZINFI also has one the best customer support as they are quick to respond.

Overall it’s an amazing experience. Using in daily basis. Can’t work with out it.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Comprehensive interface which made the navigation smooth. Automation features are good. However there were some challenges. The initial setup is bit complex that expected and the sync up is made some delay. I would recommend the organisation to robust solution to enhance collaboration and growth.

Using Zinfi, help us work seamlessly towards demand generation, having a great cadence with lead management and as a result gives us a better convertion rate.
