They have got stable servers which we can choose the close one of our choice. If we need to migrate to other location server, just send them a chat message. Its done for no cost. Support team are the best, but they need to have more agents to support while they are growing.

The customer service is basically unparalleled. At first I was frustrated that they only send you links to articles and walk you through how to do the processes instead of doing it for you. But I have come to realize that this has been much more beneficial to me as I have learned SO much and am able to complete most tasks on my own.

I use Hostinger almost daily to help me answer my client's website questions. Whether it be an issue with DNS or Wordpress, they are always quick to respond and patient with me as I solve issues. Sometimes the issues aren't particularly related to web development but they always still help me find solutions. Hostinger makes me look smart :)

Hostinger has allowed me to keep a steady website for the last several years as the cost has been low and affordable. I haven't had any major issues with reoccurring outages and anytime there has been a service issue they've been quick to notify and rectify the issue. Overall I've been highly pleased with them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Pricing is not reasonable if counted for single year price. I signed up a plan with their attractive promotions and thought it was for yearly plan but after plan came to renew, the yearly plan was not attractive to me unless I sign up for 3 years. I wish pricing wise would count for yearly discount plan rather than go by number of years for the discount I got at the promotion.
