We use Kapowai Online Banking solution to deliver services to our customers via four platforms, including web, iOS, Android applications and self-service terminals (kiosks). The whole project was complected in less than five months, from signing the agreement to applications being available to users. Today, self-service terminals are a necessary and a very convenient thing to have in the bank. Customers are becoming more selective, they appreciate their time and comfort. After analyzing this, we decided to install self-service terminals in our Bank’s branches. To do this, we needed to develop a special application.
