This is a great tool for mapping out business processes. It includes a library of all the symbols for representing the processes in a flowchart format. I was most interested in the Discrete Event simulation part of it. For a software that's free to use, it does an excellent job. Their tutorials are very easy to follow and provide good overview of the tool.

Bizagi is an amazing application for automating processes! It is easy to use as any business user can dive in and create processes.
