Absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic. It has allowed me to replace several disparate systems and policies for deploying and updating software in our org. The run script and software install features included in the curated libraries have revolutionized our device on-boarding. We have managed to retire several GPOs from our on-site AD which helps simplifies the eventual migration away from on-site AD to Entra. My personal opinion is that it is much easier to work with than Intune with better feedback. I will be looking to use Action1 where ever possible in our work flows and GPO/Intune as a last resort.

A godsend for someone like me who needs to run several departments alone

I work in a healthcare anvironment with people who know nothing of IT. We don't have the size to have our own IT department with servers. Employees need to be able to help people as quick as possible. So having the option to remote support their laptops without any fuss is important. I used a different (paid) software previously with the need to path to new versions and so on. Now I can just press a button from the management console of Action1 and connect within seconds, without the need to explain to employees what to do. AVG is important, so installed software needs to be up to date. Now I can see who to adress or just update remotely. The risks of unpatched software and the ability to remediate them is a great option too.

A perfect solution for simple patch management

My overall experience with Action1 has been very positive. The platform is incredibly easy to set up and use, making it accessible even for those with limited technical expertise. The free offering for up to 100 endpoints is a huge plus, especially for small businesses looking to manage their patching needs without incurring additional costs. The real-time vulnerability assessment and comprehensive patch management ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure. However, the lack of support for macOS and Linux is a drawback. Despite these minor cons, Action1 is a powerful and efficient tool for managing endpoint security. I'd highly recommend as this product it is what I required in terms of patch management solution, unlike alternative products where they have multiple products in 1 solution which is too much and costly for features not required.

Fantastic Patch Management / RMM solution

Really great, other providers nickel and dime you for features, don't support basic common-sense things, or are difficult to deal with in general. Action1 is fantastic, you're dealing with real people that understand what you're trying to do, not some public/VC company that just wants to squeeze every last penny out of you and doesn't care if their product sucks.
