Great Tool to use for password management and documentation.

My overall experience with IT Glue has been positive due to its ability to centralize and organize documentation effectively. I have been very happy with the product and support. Of course there are always things that can be improved in the opinion of one user, but overall I have been very happy with it. I would love to be included in small sessions where us as the users, could show an IT Glue Team Member, some of the ways we use it and therefore how this might be improved.

It's been transformitive to move our documentation from OneNote back into a structured documentation system. We used to have one years ago but it was shut down by the company that acquired it. Now we're also using it to document all of our internal processes in the business (i.e., sales, accounting, etc.) not just technical processes.
