Boss - Solid Product

We use the Boss software for HelpDesk submission, ticket tracking and assignment. We are also building a knowledge database. We use Boss for inventory as well. Overall good product and good support.

I think Support Central is rather easy to use

There really haven't been so many cons with the software, but the pros have definitely been the ease of use, as well as the ability to have things within one application.

BOSS Support Central has been the best go to tool for our HelpDesk ticketing management.

Pros: Support Central's active directory integration gives us real-time data on active workstations and end users in our environment. Cons: Would like to see more ease of us when creating custom templates.

Boss is very easy to work with and effective

I wish there was more options to customize reports and survey information as far as formatting. Hiding fields would be good too. A few other little things. But overall, no complaints. Its working well for our organization
