I've only utilized the free version of Smallpdf. It was come in handy when I worked for an organization that didn't have a paid subscription to a similar service. Typically I didn't need to complete a lot of the functions at once, so the daily limit would be enough for me to get by. Having it easily accessible online was also handy.

Great; I would recommend it for quick jobs like PDF merges, and PDF conversions - especially if you want to compress the size.

I really like that you can do anything you need to your PDF file such as Compress, Convert, Sign and Merge. This is really useful to our company.
