Overall, I feel Digisigner is a great solution for anyone who doesn't want to complicate their lives with digital signature software solutions. I found Digisigner real easy to understand, edited documents fast and sent and signed a couple of them during the trial period. I tired several solutions that were filled with options that are unnecessary, expensive but in the end do the same (or worse) than Digisigner.

I actually had a situation where the contract signed by my client proved invaluable in demonstrating their awareness of our terms. The audit feature is particularly useful. In one case, simply showing that the client opened, read, and didn’t sign the document was enough to confirm their awareness of our terms—especially since they had signed other contracts with us previously. Thank you so much for providing such a reliable tool to protect our business!

My overall experience with DigiSigner has been positive, especially for straightforward document signing. However, it lacks some advanced customization and integration options that would benefit more complex workflows. It's a great tool for small businesses or personal use but may not fully meet the needs of larger organizations.

I am quite happy with DigiSigner. It got me out of the very annoying ... email the form, they print it, sign it, scan it and then email to the next person ... and the process s-l-o-w-l-y drags on. Great to see who hasn't signed and resend document to them. I like the auto reminder default of 3/7 days, but also that is can be adjusted. Being able to change the base document is a real asset. I will need to do more with it, to test out more of its features.
