My experience with Coinbase has been a stark contrast between initial expectations and disappointing reality. Initially, I was drawn to Coinbase due to its reputation as a well-established and trustworthy platform in the crypto space. However, this perception quickly eroded when I encountered their incredibly slow and opaque KYC process, leaving me in verification limbo for over 4 months. The lack of communication and updates was frustrating, but the complete absence of responsive customer support was truly appalling. My attempts to reach out through various channels were met with silence or generic, unhelpful responses, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. While Coinbase may project an image of reliability and security, my experience has unfortunately revealed a significant gap between their public image and the reality of their customer service. This has severely undermined my trust in the platform and left me deeply disappointed.
