The software is great in helping you to keep track of your sales and who you have sent information, proposals and contracts to. You get out of it what you put into it. The more you use it for, the more information you'll be able to keep track of. It really is a great program

Proposals made simple

Using less paper is the biggest value. Knowing the client has received and viewed the proposal is also beneficial. Understanding the areas that most prospects spend time looking at, using the stats page, helps us to revise things and focus on whats important to them and future prospects

Great tool. Some learning curve pain but overall I can see the large value provided.

I have used iproposal to help automate much of the proposal documents that I send to customers. It saves me time, headaches, and provides a professional, unique document to my customers. The feature that allows me to see when and for how long customers view the proposal is very interesting.

This tool eliminates the one off proposals that are created when the sales team doesn't take the time to follow the proper proposal creation steps. The tool gives the proposal creation team the ability to track all events in the life cycle of the proposal all the way to the customer accepting the proposal.

The update has a more modern look to it which is great. There is some ease of access as far as how things are categorized.
