Overall, my end users have a good experience with Formstack Documents as we utilise it through Salesforce. Therefore they do not have to experience the pains that I do as an admin. (Webmerge noted below as this was the previous software prior to it being bought by Formstack and converted to Formstack Documents, this i believe is what lead to the account issues mentioned. Support was poor throughout conversion)

Overall, Formstack Documents is a great document automation platform that provides a wide range of features and customization options. It is easy to use and allows users to quickly create and manage documents. However, the lack of a mobile app and support for third-party applications may be a deal breaker for some.
