GRBackPro is a Windows-based data backup software that helps businesses and individuals schedule backup jobs, monitor job status, restore data, and more. Administrators can utilize GRBackPro to create task lists, control program activity via the message center, define specific files for backup, rename sessions, sort backup jobs, and manage restoration processes. It allows individuals to recreate or update backup archives, add predefined path names, and test backup execution via simulations. The platform also offers a scheduling functionality, which allows users to define session names, view backup history, schedule new jobs, add specific backup triggers, set up recurring sessions, and execute missed backups, among other processes. With GRBackPro, supervisors can view job details, such as the backup progress percentage, source path, destination path, time taken, and session name. Over 20 years of use, I love it
When you set it up you really can forget it and let it work. Never lost a backup. It has many optional fuctions that I really don't use, but that can be useful for others. I love it because it saved my files many many times.

Game changing backup solution
The ease of use has made backup easy. They have a google like search like helps you locate file to restore when employees cant remember what they called the file. Installation of new sites take less than a few hours. Recoveries are fast and there instant mount are great.

One Of The Best IT Tools Out There

Great, simple RMM for small shops
I started using Nina RMM about 4 months ago. It's been a good process getting set up on it. While there are a few things missing from the platform (third party patching, decent Mac agent, Mac TeamViewer integration), by and large the software has performed quite well for a monitoring and scripting platform. I am excited to see future releases and what features are added next.

Makes backups great again
When I have used Rubrik it has been excellent, it makes backups easy again and you can near enough set and forget. It doesn't matter if anyone creates a new VM as this can be targeted automatically via the policies to ensure its backed up and your RPO's and RTO's are met. I think it took me longer to rack the device than it did to configure it and take my first backup

Now called just Commvault but still Galaxy under the covers
We've been using Commvault's backup product for several years now and although a complex product due to all it can do it is still the best I've used in a corporate environment. In my opinion it really is only for larger businesses but I can see how a small business could still get some benefits from the product. We use it to backup our File, Email, Database servers and all of our VMware virtual infrastructure. As everything is located in one console you don't have to go far to find what you need and there are agents for nearly any operating system or application typically used in an enterprise environment.
