Segment is a customer data management and analytics solution that helps you make sense of customer data coming from multiple various sources. The app integrates with hundreds of other apps, pulling data from these apps into a single platform. It also pulls data from your websites as well as from devices such as mobiles, tablets, browsers, smartwatches, iBeacons, point-of-sale registers, and TVs. You can access all of your data in Segment and automate it to a schematized SQL database using Amazon Redshift to analyze how your product is being used, identify trends, understand revenue, and evaluate campaign performance. Segment stores a copy of your raw data so you can access it anytime. With Segment you can export your data to any of your existing, internal systems and apps. You can also replay your historical data into new apps and tools that you have subscribed to or are trialling. Segment's live stream feature lets you view events in real-time such as when someone makes a purchase on your site or app. You can also use the Segment plug-in to integrate Segment with your ecommerce platform.

Great data collector
We have a ton of data that many of the products and software that we use day to day simply can't support/would run incredibly slowly with that much data piping through them. It's a great intermediary tool, which is what we use it for.

I love the simplicity and functionality of Segment
Segment has some of the strongest and most useful lists of integrations for any SaaS product. Hooking all sorts of data sources into one javascript implementation and then to channel it into your selected analytics system is an oversimplified explanation of what makes this product great.

It allows you to efficiently develop, deploy and automate data transformations, from simple file-to-database loads to automating complex data movement between databases, files, Web Service APs, etc. It provides an effective blend of rapid visual design of transformations and workflows with full coding IDE, debugging, customization capabilities and automation. CloverDX works great in hybrid scenarios when cloud and on-premise data need to be combined and delivered in bulk/batch or near real-time modes. CloverDX has been designed with developers in mind. While lots of tasks can be solved in no-code visual designer, CloverDX goes beyond. We provide a full IDE for debugging, testing and coding on top of the visual design. Users can either use CloverDX's scripting language called CTL or switch to Java or any other favorite programming language. Code can be used wherever a problem is solved more easily with a few lines (or pages) of code.

First time user
This is the first time I have used an ETL tool and having manually coded ETL's in the past, I am impressed by the versatility and scope of CloverDX and in particular the ease of reading and writing data from anywhere to anywhere. It has been a fairly steep learning curve but well worth it and the Clover training course helped immensely in understanding how to understand and leverage the features of the tool. I use Clover daily and would see little point going back to hand coding ETL's

Clover - the Wonder tool!
Clover has been an absolutely fantastic tool to use! I use it every day and love every minute of it! It has transformed my working life from sheer boredom (doing the same manual processes month after month) to being excited to come into work every day. For the team in the company I work in, it has been utilized to greatly decrease the turnaround time and data quality of the reports that we provide our clients.

CloverDX review
I love that I don't need to loop against master records due to data parallelism. We haven't used data services yet, but are excited to use when we have the need for our own APIs. The product isn't always easy to use because of the items listed in the cons section. I'd really like to see: 1. The ability to embed dictionary values in SQL components the way you can with parameters 2. Be able to use jobflow components on a CloverDX as well as a server project. A big part of my clover work is the design of moving between jobflows and graphs. I have found developing with a CloverDX project useless because I can only design/code jobflows on a server project.

Rulex is an amazing tool
I mostly use Rulex for descrition of dataset and feature ranking. It is simple to use and results are often coerents with background knownledge. RUlex is constantly improving over time and new usefull functionalitites are added.

A very flexible Artificial Intelligence toolkit
Playing with raw data, experimenting with it, and finding correlations is an enjoyable task with Rulex! Results are calculated pretty rapidly and are immediately understandable (and explainable to others).

Great results
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, having optimal, dynamic pricing as conditions change is more important than ever in our business. Mobly has been implementing automated pricing since 2016, but with 230,000 SKUs, it was humanly impossible to manage that volume. Without AI and machine learning, it was hard to understand the relationships among competitor pricing and how other products affect outcomes. Thanks to our partner Analytics2Go, we have started using Rulex to capture the effect of external factors on our margin generation. They’re very transparent both in their approach and in discussing what’s working well or not. The greatest advantage, besides finding the optimal solution, is the speed in reaction time it affords us. With the AI algorithms running all the time, we get the results we need for decision making in real time.

My impression after using RULEX
Rulex has done a great job: their platform is really advanced and can be scaled up to any type of application and applied in any industry sector. The Rulex platform allows you to perform all data analysis tasks in a single working environment, from data import and preparation to model generation and maintenance. Along with a full range of machine learning algorithms, the platform includes a unique proprietary XAI algorithm, which is able to explain the root cause of the phenomena you are analyzing. The thing that impressed me most is the ease of use of the Rulex platform: the editor is fully no-code (no scripting is needed) and the documentation that comes along the software is exhaustive. Their training platform, Rulex Academy, offers a significant added value: through online courses you are guided to use the software, starting with simplified theoretical explanations, and then try out what you’ve learnt in real-case hands-on scenarios. I’m not a data analyst, and I’m not familiar with data analysis in general, but with the Rulex environment - supported by the Academy - I’m now able to autonomously start my first project in analytics.

My life is full of constant back aches everytime I remember there's no alternative to Keen.io
The idea itself is good. Its support team genuinely wants to help. But they don't. Creating a graph is extremely easy - I think they have misunderstood their desired use case though because most people don't want to create one graph but have a solid metric system. Creating things like cached queries lack extensive documentation and just DON'T work.

Pro's: - streamlining the process of distributing assets to retailers - centralized location - the majority of the site is fairly intuitive, but there are some areas that I think could be more user friendly for those users who aren't "tech savvy" - image resize and conversion - branded website Suggested Features/Modifications (based on feedback from the field, our retailers, and our marketing team): - customized thumbnail image for CSV/excel/pdf files - Add a feature to "attach a file" when sending invitations. i.e. we have a "how to guide" we send out with accounts. Ideally, if there was an option to copy and paste a link into my own email when inviting a new user, that would be easiest for myself and accounts. That was they are not fishing for two emails and occasionally the email from Shotfarm is fed into their spam folder. - "remove duplicates" button in lightbox (identical file name) - Admin/superuser would be very helpful to me in managing users - password resets, capability to see and manage all lightboxes and ensure everything stays clean and consistent across our brand - "export factory" vs "download center" - Marketing team suggested this may be confusing and preferred "download center" because it was more intuitive. Also, if there was a way to remove the "credits" part for those accounts who have prepaid for unlimited downloads, I think that would avoid some confusion on the accounts part. - add the "next page" button on the bottom of the screen like it is at the top right - rather than having to hover over the actions buttons in the gallery, use a drop down as we've found users don't even realize there are different links there. Overall we've had great feedback from our users and are really excited about Shotfarm going forward!
